John Soogrim worked on installing a bathroom in my basement and I have had no reason to complain about anything. He also did some repairs to plumbing fixtures and sealed a leak in my existing bathroom.

Mr. Soogrim is very reliable, communicates regularly on the progress of what he is doing, and I would recommend him unreservedly.

My husband and I were both thrilled and amazed at the quality, care and expertise for the work completed at our home. John installed waterproof outlets on our deck to accommodate a new pool heater; he replaced outdated piping/cables, installed new lights and completely set up all the necessary elements in order for the heater to function efficiently and safely. He completely organized and relabelled our electrical panel. He explained all of the steps along the way, provided options, and consistently worked diligently and respectfully. John expertly rewired outdated circuits in our home and provided independent circuits for our appliances. He also installed 3 new smoke detectors; figured out how and why certain fixtures/outlets were not working properly and fixed them! Nothing phased him…so knowledgeable. John provided estimates and stayed ‘on budget’. He always let us know when he would arrive and approximately the length of time a certain job would take. We live in Lawrence/Brimley area of Scarborough.
We can now rely on an electrician who will do an outstanding job.
